Ask A CPA Agreement

Do you want a quick and easy way to receive professional services you can trust and rely on.  The Ask A CPA service by Kenneth Jarvis, LLC delivers.  The minimum fee for the Ask A CPA service is $50.

Here is how it works...

• Submit question.  Try to be as specific as possible with your question.
• Pay deposit (Minimum Fee is $50.00USD).  An additional fee might apply if your question (s) requires extensive conversations with your CPA or requiring a great deal of research.
• Your CPA from Kenneth Jarvis, LLC contacts you discuss the question.
• CPA from Kenneth Jarvis, LLC provides the answer to your question and discusses it with you.
• Kenneth Jarvis, LLC sends you on letterhead your questions with responses from the firm.

Agreement

• If your question is related to taxes, understand that you are ultimately responsible for accurately completing your income tax return.
• You agree not to hold Kenneth Jarvis, LLC responsible for IRS audits or deficiency notices arising directly or indirectly from a response to your question.
• If your question is related to state income taxes, understand that I will only respond to Florida questions.
• After answering your question, payment is nonrefundable.  You also agree not to dispute billing charges after answering your question.
• Kenneth Jarvis, LLC has the right to refuse any question submitted.
• Kenneth Jarvis, LLC has the right to post the questions (without names) and answers on the firm's web sites. 

Please read and understand this agreement prior to submitting any questions.  You will be required to accept or reject this agreement upon the actual submission of the question.
