Workbook Print Groups
This is another wonderful utility when working with Microsoft Excel
spreadsheets. When working with several workbooks or worksheets
simultaneoulsy, there are times when it is necessary to print out certain
worksheets on a regular basis. Instead of locating each worksheet to
print, just create a Print Group. After the Print Group is established,
just add the workbooks or worksheets to print. The next time it is
necessary to print several worksheets, just print the Print Group and all of
the workbooks or worksheets will print automatically. Below is the
